Women have hair all over their bodies. Their arms, their legs, their backs, their necks, their cheeks, their abdomens, their chests, everywhere. Why does this shock people.
Because most of us see literally zero representation of this reality besides ourselves — leaving so many of us feeling disgusting and dirty just for inhabiting our own skin.
Yay society and low self esteem for making us all feel unnatural and horrible for just being human.
So I recently got the Disney Frozen soundtrack and I’m in love with some of the cut songs, especially Anna’s “More than just the spare”! So I tried to draw what I imagined her doing while singing it. Still confusing and messy but I enjoyed doing it so much.
THIS IS PERFECT. I FORGOT IT WAS FAN MADE.
im REALLY GLAD THIS EXISTS WOW. what a well made storybooaaaard anna darling i love
My future job God willing
Almost 50lbs lost and now I’m a health coach! Lots of people think to themselves, “you know if I just lost __ pounds I could really be beautiful”. I’ve been there! But as I look back at all of the people who I know who have been with me on this journey,
I realize that losing 50lbs hasn’t made me beautiful, it’s helped me get healthy. We already have achieved beauty by being created in the image of God (personal belief).
WE DON’T NEED TO BE THIN OR SKINNY TO BE BEAUTIFUL. NOR DOES THIS MEAN THAT THIN AND SKINNY ARE NOT BEAUTIFUL!
Size and weight DO NOT define beauty. As an individual I had (and sometimes still do, it’s human!) a really hard time feeling happy or satisfied when looking at me self in pictures or while getting ready for my day. But having that weight loss has really helped to improve my self esteem and how I carry myself.
As a Take Shape For Life health coach I long to share this confidence and good news with everyone I know and everyone who longs to look at themselves with a smile.
If you interested please visit the following websites or private message (or what ever we do on here like that) I will contact you ASAP and give you more info about how I did it!
